This section follows both well-trodden trails and challenging high passes, making it ideal for those looking for a mix of adventure and cultural immersion.

Day 32: West Col (6190m) to Hunku Basin (5500m, 4-5 hrs, hotel)
Day 33: Hunku Basin (5500m) to Amphu Labsta Base Camp (5527m, 5-6 hrs, tent)
Day 34: Amphu Labsta Base Camp (5527m) to Chhukhung (4730m, 9-10 hrs, hotel)
Day 35 :Chhukhung (4730m) to Dingboche (4410m, 3-4 hrs, hotel)
Day 36: Dingboche (4410m) to Dzongla (4830m, 5-6 hrs, homestay)
Day 37: Dzongla (4830m) to Gokyo (4790m, 6-7 hrs, hotel)
Day 38: Gokyo (4790m) to Lumde (4368m, 7-8 hrs, hotel)
